with trout season around the corner. does anyone want to share their favorite trout recipe or how they cook theirs?

i like to either wrap mine in bacon, with a little franks red hot and then grill it

or place one in tinfoil with lemon and parsley and then cook it.

You mean spring stocking around the corner? Trout season is open all year round and everyone is catching some really big fish right now. You're doing yourself a disservice if you wait until may to get your line wet [up]

Salt, pepper, blobs of butter and a sprig of rosemary in the cavity, lay it on Reynolds NON STICK foil on the grill 'til the eye turns completely white and milky. Flip and cook for another 4 minutes on the other side. Take out rosemary and enjoy. You should be able to grab the head and have the whole skeleton pull right out.
