Rod and reel will be awarded at noon for the contest winners (junior and senior division)

That is a great idea. There used to be a fishing derby near me in Wyckoff that I belief has since ended. What a great way to get kids into fishing. Hopefully it will still be around when I have kids. It is a cheaper alternative to the pay to fish places.

Park Lake is a small lake so 600 trout is a lot of fish for a pond this size! I used to catch a lot of trout out of there in my younger days!

My daughter has a soccer game and I wont be able to take her to the contest I'll still take her and the boys out fishing later that day
