A wet morning it was, but I don't melt. Was on stand by 6am and by 6:45 a crippled doe came wandering in. She stood head on for quite some time without giving me a shot, but by 7:07, she was on the ground. She had a broken back left leg that was dangling right below the hock. She was very small and would become coyotte bait very quickly had I not made this mercy kill. Team Robin's Hoods is now on the board.

[up]Nice . I did the same thing few years back, a small deer limped in apparently hamstrung by a yote and had an i jured rear leg and I put it down. Now you can have really tender eats from it.
