If your going to have butcher reviews you should have Taxidermy reviews as well I think. Just a thought........

I used Joe Cicchino out of Denville on my last buck...It came out awesome and his prices are great! He's a cool guy to BS with also... I will be using him from now on... He does fish, small game, bears, deer ect..ect... (973) 983-8733 [up] I'll get some pics up when I get my digital camera fixed...

Well I use George Dante of WILDLIFE PRESERVATIONS, he's located in Totowa NJ. He is doing a full body mount of my NJ Black Bear, I should have it soon and will post the pics. Back around 1998/99 I went looking for a taxidermist here in NJ, I went to a few shops saw the work, for the most part most work was good, some better some worst, but when I saw Geroge's work I was sold. Any of you guys that go to his shop to see his work would agree, I sent many friends there, and they are very happy.

I've used 2 different guy's in the last couple of years: Joe Cicchino out of Denville. He did a nice job on my 2003 Nine point. I just brought him an 8 point from 87 that needs to be re-caped as well. (973) 983-8733.
I also used Jim Dowd out of Hopatcong. He did 2 8 pointers for me and they both came out great.(973) 770-3946 ... I WOULD use either of these guy's again!

If I had the Money I would get them ALL mounted! From the Bigger 8's and 9 to the ugly crazy looking spike! They are all trophies to me! My 8's and 9 are anything but giants but they make me happy everytime I look at them!

Yep! It would have to be a different looking doe. Something would have to make her unique! I was after a piebald doe this year with a white neck and light colored face. I would have gotten her mounted!

I used Authentic Taxidermy before REAL SLOW but did good work . I now use a guy I met by chance that does it in his basement on the side . I was scared the first time since it was mybig Maine buck but , turned out awesome .

I since went and picked up my bear from Authentic that he never started ( long story ) and let sit there and dropped it off to John to do for me .
