If I transport a dressed deer on a cargo carrier - will the exhaust heat and fumes spoil the meat?

I've used them for transporting deer for years. Can't even guess how many deer have been on mine with no ill affects on the game.
I also use mine to stack pheasant crates when we stock the club.
