Looking for a cargo carrier for the back of my Durango.

Cabelas has Hitch Haul, Master-Built and others.

Any reccomendations?

If I transport a dressed deer on a cargo carrier - will the exhaust heat and fumes spoil the meat?

My plan was to use a game bag or a contractors bag over the kill.
