Looking for a cargo carrier for the back of my Durango.

Cabelas has Hitch Haul, Master-Built and others.

Any reccomendations?

I mounted this one in the front of my Excursion. Nothing to block the rear doors.


Walmart should have the same ones pla. Save $$ on shipping.

If I transport a dressed deer on a cargo carrier - will the exhaust heat and fumes spoil the meat?

My plan was to use a game bag or a contractors bag over the kill.

I've used them for transporting deer for years. Can't even guess how many deer have been on mine with no ill affects on the game.
I also use mine to stack pheasant crates when we stock the club.
