I'm getting closer to this project being completed. I did the habitat yesterday and mounted the bird to it. This bird was given to me by a good friend and is my first attempt at mounting a turkey. the space to the right will have my bird from this year mounted in half-strut.The head on this bird was freeze-dried and painted by me. the bird was missing a lot of feathers which is why I couldn't shingle them the way I would have liked. sorry for the bad pics but with the wind I needed to take them in the basement shop. I think I'll need a bigger basement soon!
