Striped Bass for Dinner

Well gang I must say after a last minute invitation to go striper fishing yesterday (I caught 2 and my daughter caught one.. our first ever) I cooked some on the grill tonight. I basted it in some lemon butter with fresh cracked pepper.... AND I will tell you it is one of the most tasty fish I have ever eaten.

I have now also become a Striper hunter.

I got some in the oven now stuffed w/ crab meat.
