Officials seek to install nest on county courthouse in Elizabeth

State officials want to help a couple of love birds with their nest -- atop the Union County Courthouse in Elizabeth.
A pair of peregrine falcons have chosen the upper floors of the 16-story courthouse for their love nest, but the window ledges and other aspects of the building's facade on which the birds have been perching are not ideal locations to safely lay eggs.
