Spruce Run Info

Two more weeks till my trip out to Spruce Run. Did my map research and was wondering about the streams and creeks on the north side of the lake. Do they flow in or out of the lake. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Water clarity, level, etc? Planning to rent a motor boat. Anyone know the going rates? Thank you. Chris
