You do know that conditions will dictate colors and weights which ones to use so if your going to buy just one you could be limited?

I would get them both and see which ones are liked the best Dave in various weights and colors representative to the bait your attempting to present.

When a fish is on the feed it will eat nearly anything but when they get finicky thats the time you want to have a better presentation that has worked for you and that you have confidence in.

How you feel about one or the other may have an effect on how you present it rather than just relying on luck.
