If the lottery goes well for me (it should).. I will be hunting just about every morning in Zone 7.

Hey Drag I don't think you'll have to worry about the zone 7 lottery..I have never seen that zone sell out. There is always left over for sale at pequest

Yeah, I saw a bunch of tracks. Now I know am going to hunt the general area. I think I know where they are roosting... then they walk behind the houses... then they head over my way (150 yards behind the houses).

I havnt hunted sparta mt..but i know it holds birds..I have a 7 B permit so ill be around Berk V. and the Rockaway River WMA's

I too have 7B. So I'll be trying in RockawayRiver WMA and Wildcat Ridge WMA.

How do you get to Sparta Mountain... isn't it land locked or is there a parking lot for it.

When was that turned into a WMA. I grew up in sparta and don't remember that property being open to the public.

Not sure. I think there is another newly form WMA up that way too. I forget the name... some company used to own the land.
