This is what I would do. Pick the ones closest to you and take a ride. See what the area looks like. If you feel like it take a walk. I know there are some native quail populations down that way so there has to be good habitat for rabbits. Anywhere there is a dense field you'll find the bunnies. Don't just check the WMA's that are stocked with birds either. Look for others that have some fields.
