Cons:
- It sucks
- Embarassing to take a picture
- Embarassing checking in
- People give you the finger on the way to check station
- If I don't shoot it, next day I will see a buck, but won't be able to shoot it because I gotta whack a doe first

Pros:
- Good eating
- I can shoot a buck if I see one
- Helps the forest

Kris!! are you OK, I think you should see a shrink. Its starting to sound scary talking to yourself. Spots or no spots they eat better then a three year old baldie. Anyway they make a good BBQ, just one sitting and is gone. Stop eating your heart out, most of those spots don't make it through the year.

Drag, it is very easy to get the ones with spots out of the woods all you have to do is throw it over your shoulder. A bag of corn feed weighs more then them. I shot one 5 years ago that just lost its spots the meat was like fillet mignon and that was the whole Deer. Also you may want to go see someone about the problem you have with answering your own forum questions. Wouldn't that be considered talking to yourself? I can recomend a Dr for that. Better yet just go out and shoot one with spots and see how you would feel screw what others think.[up]

Nah, I dont drink coffee, but I appreciate the offer.
:)

Did a pre-hunt check of all my equipment tonight. Shot a few broadheads at 20 and 30. Sprayed all my gear down, and left it hanging outside. Stand is in the back of the truck, and Im ready to go! [up]

Where do you shoot your broadheads? What do you shoot them at?
In my back yard at a foam block. You cant be Matty "the bowmaster" without a personal range capable of broadhead and fp shooting.;):D

I have a large backstop, a delta bag target, a block of foam, and a 3d deer when I bring it back home from my grandparents house. (Thats where I do my long range practice. I can shoot out to 80 yards there.)[up] My home range is only 30. Used to be 40, but the neighbor complained and said I was standing in their yard. SURVEY SAYS...no more 40 yard shots at home. Oh well.:D

I always like to loose a shot or two before a hunt too. Just to make sure everything is on.[up] Anyone else do that?

By the way, Im bringing the proven killer bow tomorrow (the ultratec) it has drawn its share of blood![cool] Hopefully (fingers crossed) it can do the same tomorrow! Who knows, maybe we will both get one.

Remind me to discuss video taping with you tomorrow too. Otherwise, I'll probably forget.
