self butchering

I do my own butchering, but sometimes I take it a butcher to help out when I don't have the time. I don't really have just one..

I would like to start butchering some of my own. No fancy cuts just thin steaks and burger meat. How hard is it to do?

I can't wait to try it now! If I buy the beers and share a steak or 2 want to come over and give me a lesson? LOL! If not I'll just wing it!

You guy's have some neat tricks! I'm going to sift through all these posts and try some stuff when I get to doing some self butchering!
