well gonna give it a try again. what a bust this year for me again. still trying to get first bird. i havent even had a bird come in to calling yet.

Same here up in Whitehouse, two weeks out and didn't see or hear a bird.
In the past I'd had trouble picking which bird I wanted to shoot.

Pat, you gonna be early? i was gonna try a different lot for fly down. talked to a guy who lives there along the state land. told me he has them in his yard everyday. neighbor across the street feeds them. i was gonna try behind his house on the state land. call me later.

good luck...went out t his morning for the ny opener...pouring rain and 20plus mph winds...it sucked...my buddy got a nice bird 20lbs 9in beard 1in spurs...hopefully tomorrow will be better..
