Wondering whose footing the bill for this since, 2 years ago we turned down free subway cars, concrete etc free fom NY. All the other states jumped on it but Cambell wanted to do a study.[mad]

Well don't you know its not ok to take other states garbage and drop it in the ocean but we can use our own. Ill bet thats the rock blasted to create some rest stops and weigh stations in the rocky area of route 78. And ill bet the state paid someone for removing it and now will pay the tugs to drop it in the ocean.
