Gun For Hire is currently seeking firearms enthusiasts to join our team of Range Safety Officers. This position will require you to oversee various operations and activities taking place on our shooting range. You will run day-to-day range operations and implement all safety protocols and measures necessary to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all clients.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enforce all range safety rules and regulations
- Monitor shooting activities to ensure appropriate behavior and proper use of firearms
- Undertake periodic inspections to ensure proper maintenance of range facilities and equipment
- Adhere to all shooting range safety protocols
- Respond to and investigate all potential hazards, accidents, or incidents on the range
- Work closely with other staff members to ensure smooth operations of all shooting range activities
- Must be 21+ to apply
- Possess a valid NJ FID card
- Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to handle stressful situations and maintain a calm and professional demeanor
- Ability to work non-standard hours, including weekends and holidays
