They are being shot under F&G regulations of NJ. I would say yes but since the stakes are so high here in the contest I don't really care either way.

yea but not everyone has the privelage to hunt preserves but everyone has the privelage to hunt publics...thats why we are only counting 2 birds...i would rather have go by public property rules..if we counted birds people shot on sunday, i could count the bird i shot on youth day...
