Finished making the pulled pork for my clubs picnic on Sunday. The worst part is it takes all day but well worth it[tasty]

My smoker


Dry rubbed and on the smoker ready to start did two picnic roast around 8 pound each



Just off the smoker



cutting it off the bone



If done right there is very little waste

Yum! I am smoking some ribs Sunday afternoon. My kids love the ribs and I just like playing with my smoker and playing with fire!

where's the vineager?
My sauce is vinegar based

( CIDER VINEGAR BARBECUE SAUCE) 1 1/2 cups cider vinegar; 1 cup yellow or brown mustard; 1/2 cup ketchup; 1/2 cup packed brown sugar; 2 cloves garlic, smashed; 1 tsp kosher salt; 1 tsp cayenne; 1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper; pan drippings from pork.
