Finished making the pulled pork for my clubs picnic on Sunday. The worst part is it takes all day but well worth it[tasty]
My smoker
Dry rubbed and on the smoker ready to start did two picnic roast around 8 pound each
Just off the smoker
cutting it off the bone
If done right there is very little waste
