The guy did a great job on my deer. He charged me $75 for standard processing... and an additional $15 for 10 lbs. of Italian sweet sausage. Almost zero hairs (I think I found one so far).
He is right over the Washington Crossing bridge. I recommended him to my PA buddies and family hunters.
