Every child knows what happens in April: It rains a lot so flowers can bloom in May.
With rain almost inevitable, why does the state Division of Fish and Wildlife choose April for its annual Pequest Trout Hatchery Open House? Does it make sense to put all that effort into an event that could be plagued by precipitation?
