No matter how often I shoot, the non-tube alligned peeps always seem to not be fully rotated when I draw on game-last year I actually spent time on stand twisting it myself when ever a deer approached-to ensure it was properly alligned-I've gone back to the tube alligned site
Peeps without tubing will always come out of alignment with weather change,if you don't want to constantly adjust you must go with tube aligning peeps,as I've stated before there are other options but you can't lead a horse........

Do you put a knot above and below and tie the peep on?
Yes there are. It was installed by Tommy at Simon Peter. I've taken it back there to have it adjusted because of teh coinstant rotation problem-the adjustment helped but did not eliminate the problem-so I went back to the tube aligned peep

Weather will not affect peep rotation in a qual;ity string unless it's so hot your string stretches from the heat (over 100 degrees). I have shot the same bow for multiple years without ever having to adjust the peep (thousands of shots) no matter if it was early season (80 degrees) or winter bow (freezing). If the weather affects your peep rotation you better get some new strings because that means the weather affects your cam timing, draw length, draw weight, etc. Some string materials are much more stable than others, having good materials that are prestretched should just about eliminate peep rotation. I have fought with peep rotation with factory strings but not with good aftermarket strings.

Then post the names of these strings so these guys can install them and eliminate their problem.
BTW, strings contract and expand in drastic temp changes, although it may be minimal it does happen.

There are plenty of people that can build quality strings as to the material BCY 452X, 450 plus, and 8125 would be my choices. To buy commercial strings in these materials vapor trail and winners choice are about the best options to go custom there are a bunch of places to get them.
I like H&M in PA http://www.hmbowstrings.com/ but Mike usually runs 4-6 weeks due to being backed up all the time

Jamie at Twisted Archer makes good strings and usually has them built in 2 days. He is currently running a deal on any set of strings for $50 but his normal price is only $54 for most bows

Mike makes good strings with fast turn around for $45 a set
