They should make it;

$10 per year for a motorcycle with mufflers.
$650 per year for a motorcycle with straight pipes.
$600 if it idles without cracking the throttle every 5 seconds.[ko]

Then we would see how many riders stick by their contention that straight pipes save lives. Rt. 23 is in my backyard and believe me, so does driving your motorcycle like a human being.

Yup, but it was 2 lanes back then with a grass median and you could cross it with your eyes closed and probably not get hit. And, Harley Davidson was made by AMF so bikers were too busy fixing their bikes most of the summer.[hihi]
