Nothing special... just surf n turf. I started searing my venison on a Himalayan salt that I got from Chef Central and it's been producing some of the best steaks I ever had. My little guy loves it too!

I like all the marinades and such but sometimes just a little salt and pepper is all you need. After I take it off the grill (at 130) I but a slab of butter and cover with foil. After 5-10 minutes I finish it with some truffle salt and it's good to go.

Looks good Dude and great looking little guy ya got there.
Give him time he will out with ya like I was with my Pop for 50 yrs. I lost my dad in 2011 we fished and hunted
until 2010.
