My mom drew a limited entry tag in Utah (lucky gal!). She has not hunted in a few years so she was nervous about making a good clean shot on an animal. She practiced twice a week this summer eventually shooting 4-5" groups at 300 yards, she was ready! She regularly works out so I wasn't worried about her handling the rigors of elk hunting. After a few hard days of hunting and some close calls, she connected with this 343" bull. She made a clean one shot kill at about 125 yards. Very proud of her and jealous! Her first elk is bigger than any elk I've shot! My father was along as a cameraman and got so caught up in the hunt that he never videoed the kill ! Just wanted to give her some bragging rights.
