This might be a silly question but I don't know the answer soooo, who's site is this? Who owns it?

They are the person that should make the rules to be followed. That is how it is on every other site I go to. If you don't like their rules, you leave. If you don't play by their rules, you're gone. It's a simple concept.

thats why with the rules it is in black and white. and if they cant treat everone fair then they will be suspended.

Well none of it matters to me as I've not been out of line and don't plan on being so.
That said, I still think it's better to have a set of rules to follow, that everyone follows.
This site is a great site and is no where near some of the other messes out there.
