I'm building a knife for my nephew in the military who is going to Afghanistan next month. I was going too quick and used to large a center drill when drilling holes in the knife bolsters. Now I have 5 3/16 holes with slight counterbores They need to be "zero clearance" all of the way through, or they will move and not tighten properly when the pins are in and peened. I've got some time into these and would hate to have to start a new pair. I know it's a very small job, but I cant continue until I get these fixed or make a new set. Help would be greatly appreciated. [up]
