Well being bored to death, I took my three muzzleloaders to the range today!

My .50 caliber Knight Disc Rifle with T/C Shock Wave 250 grain spire point sabot and 100 grains of Triple Seven 50/50 Pellets all in the black (10 ring) at 50 yards. (Scoped)

Navy Arms .50 Carbine with Speer .490 round balls and .010 Old Swamp Hunter lubed patch with 80 grains of Pyrodex Select Powder. Iron sights all in the black (9 & 10 ring)

T/C .54 Cal Hawken with Speer .530 round balls and .015 T/C lubed patch with 90 grains of Pyrodex Select Powder. Iron sights all in the black (9 & 10 ring)

Guns all cleaned up at the range, I had all to myself!
First time gunning since February, shoulder held up fine 3 months after surgery, but the last shot HURT! So I stopped then and there! I shoot left handed so the butt is against my repaired shoulder. Good shooting for my first day out!

I belong to the 4F gun club in Freehold!

I love the .50 they may run a little bit!
The .54 it's two steps and it falls over.
But the .58 they drop right where they're standing!
I miss my .58[cry][cry][cry]
