put about 6-7 shots through it sighting in for deer season, then switched to buckshot lol. Sabot slugs are too rich for my blood.

Did you ever try the Brenneke Gold magnum slugs? They are inexpensive and devistating on big game. They shot great out of my old rifled Mossberg barrel. I could put them thru a bullseye at one hundred yards, the bullseye was a 50 yard .22 cal target none the less.
