MONTGOMERY -- The reason why the township will hold its fourth annual deer hunting program is simple -- three wrecked police cars.
Each car was damaged in a collision with deer, said Mayor Louise Wilson.
"We still have a big problem with cars hitting deer. Three police cars are out of service from deer collisions. Each year, we see more deer killed by cars."
