my dads cousin lives in kalispell montana and he has shot elk and sent me pictures and my dream is to get out there some day to hunt elk and if i do go i will be hunting state land with him but does anyone know what licences you will need im very confused has anyone ever hunted elk in montana i just want to hunt elk and nothing else does anyone know the best way to go and if anyone has gone post some pics[up]
