Been reading all this stuff about Maine on here seems like a real tough hunt, but interested to learn more about it. Who do you guys recommend up there ? Just looking for suggestions that all

Unguided, semi-guided, fully guided, what are you looking for? Big woods hunt or something farther south where there is more agriculture?
If want a fully guided hunt with meals and lodging call Chad at Oxbow lodge, good guy and knows deer hunting up in the big woods.
A buddy of mine just got his guides license this year and operates Moose Trails Outfitters in Carroll Plantation, his name is John Sipe. He has great private farmland to hunt. John has lots of really good bucks on his trail cams.

oxbow lodge still around? I thought it burnt down. God lodge

Oxbow lodge did indeed burn down last year.
Chad is still running hunts out of some camps I believe he is renting.

I spent some time up at oxow when tom and tracey were owners. Camp was slways full , we had alot of nj guys up there. Good memories.

Try to find one in the southern half of the state. Way more deer there.
