When do they catch them? What party boats target them? I wanna stock up on them for bait. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Your a little late for the macks. They were crushing them for a while, as said above call both of those boats to see if they are sailing. They are further south now but may be in reach, especially for the princess, boat can move.
