You have to drive around and knock on doors no one I know just jumps up and says here we are pay and signs you up. Takes hard work but I have seen a number of propertys North of Rt 12 not posted. You have that many members you should be able to secure at least one good property. I think it's pretty hard now that the season has already gotten started but you just never know.

Good Luck, then theres also others that try to steal your propertys as well and bump up what your paying always.[smirk]
