Sigler Farm in Asbury breeds chocolates. They don't breed their dogs in the winter though so they may not have any pups available for a couple months. I got my yellow from Ed Hall in Pedricktown (south jersey). Ours was born March 17 of last year, not sure if he's expecting another litter soon or not.
I got my yellow girl "Grady" from Calabria. She is great with my young kids though I have not hunted her yet. She is primarily a house pet - and a darn good one. Highly, highly recommend this breeder. My wife and I did an insane amount of research on breeder's in the tri-state area before we made the decision. PM me for details. They are particular who they sell their dogs to - and rightfully so.
Give Bridget Bodine a call at Decoverly Kennels near Scranton. They breed setters, but Bridget is the trainer there and breeds labs for conformation and field. Give her a call, tell her what you want, and she can point you in the right direction.

My wife and I foster for them - They are connected through pets finder and have labs of all ages from puppies to senior depending on what you're looking for.
