There is a cemetary here in Rockaway with almost no woods around it and this summer I saw 3 nice bucks in there feeding on a couple of evenings. They will go where ever they aren't bothered. They don't need much room!
I've been reading this board for a couple of weeks and just decided to sign up. I've been living in Lodi for 8 years and have never seen deer, but it's good to know they come down once in a while to. Taxes are to high for them to actually live in Lodi.
icuhunt Taxes are beyond high here in LODI, I've been living here for almost 35yrs. and pay $8200 per year. I will sell soon, can't wait. I've seen a few deer here in Lodi, and saw a Black Bear years ago in Rochelle Park
Where about in Lodi are you? I'm just off Rt. 46 near Bergen Honda
I pay $10,400 per year. I live on Leo Place. I hunt Wantage which is zone 2 for deer and zone 5 for turkey. My wifes Aunt seen a deer running down her street in Rochelle park a couple of years back. I've seen deer on Rt 17 in Paramus to.
I use to have a 500 acre farm in Wantage, it was a good area. I saw a deer it was a buck on Rt.17 south at the exit for Essex St. it was dead during the summer of 2004.
I go to Luc for most of my stuff, with the exception of clothing. He doesn't have to much since he moved back to his house. I don't bother with Targeteers. I will go to Meltzers before Targeteers. I don't like the staff there.
Tony in my eyes sucked, I went there to get a new string on my bow, he took my sights off my bow, and then had to resight it in. Robert at targetees is great, but I agree I've seen there customer serivce so to speak and its not the best
Since Rob started running Targeteers I starting going there again. When his father was operating the place I stayed away. I think if his dad ever smiled his face would crack. A miserable man. And his mom was an #itch too.
