Below is a letter I received that you may want to circulate to your assemblyman/woman and state senator.

Dear Assemblyman :

It has come to my attention that although the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection's Division of Fish and Wildlife has more than adequate revenues to sustain itself through dedicated funds from the sales of hunting and fishing licenses, stamps, permits and federal contributions, the division is in financial difficulty at the present time.

I understand the Division is paying an exorbitant amount of rent for state government office space in Trenton, in addition to having to pay or lose money for various expenditures and non reimbursements that other state agencies are not subject to.

Can you explain why this is happening?

I trust you will give this issue your immediate attention.

Thank you.
