Last cast carp

Went fishing in 66 degree Carnegie Lake this evening on a cool, sunny day with a light south wind for my 100th NJ freshwater fishing trip this year. More than 20 fishermen were there. Threw out a can of corn for chum, then caught and released 5 white perch and 2 largemouth bass with 1/32 oz twister tail jigs on 2 lb test line. Caught nothing with corn 🌽 bait. Late in the day I caught and released a 13.75” brown bullhead and a gizzard shad with my homemade corn meal bait on a #8 red treble hook and 12 lb test line. Landed a common carp on my last cast of the day. Caught 25 carp this year.
