Has a minimal amt of fleece lining in the upper but I believe it's pretty much uninsulated.Just got mine today, they seem to run a little smaller than my other Burly ATS's.Worst case scenario,I will just use for scouting, baiting, hanging stands, etc. and save my other ones for strictly hunting.

That's still a great price for those boots. I paid like $75 for my LaCrosse boots, and that was at a 30% discount.

Those are the best rubber boots I've ever worn. They have some insulating quality, but not alot, however, the fleece/neoprene lining does oaky, and I've worn then in temps down into the upper 30's with just a pair of heavy socks and been fine. They are great for most of the bowhunting you will do in NJ.
