I never cooked wild boar before but tonight i'm going to make some. i friend of mine got one recently and he gave me a nice thick steak. is it like deer that it needs to be on rare side or like normal pork where it needs to be not bloody? he also gave me some chops of a dall ram he just got as well. i'm doing that up tonight to.

Cook till no red juices are left in the meat and the outside is browned.
