I just got a 2004 Ford Explorer Sport Trac back in Oct. It's a small bed, but big enough for whatever I'm going to kill here in Jersey. The 4x4 works great too, had to use it a week after I got it. [rofl]

Too embarrassed to post a pic, but am laughing at myself as I type this: I always use my wife's Volvo SUV for transporting deer to the butcher when lady luck has smiled on me.

Feel like the biggest loser/yuppie/suburban hunter pulling into Roche Butchers' lot, as they're always a nice mix of well-worn trucks and legit hunting rigs. Here I come, in the FAMILY TRUCKSTER, with my deer double-bagged in contractor bags in the back.

Probably not the type of truck you had in mind when starting the post, but hey, it takes all kinds, right?

Don't worry tommytreestand, I help my uncle butcher deer after 6 day every year and have seen some guys pulling in like that. You have to do what you can, but I can't say that I don't laugh when I see them. [hihi]

This is what i did with my deer this year....Pile em in the back of the Nissan Altima. Thank god the thing has a ton of room in the trunk!![rofl][rofl]
