hunting boots

Tomorrow i will be using regular black leather boots . I washed them down with baking soda and will be aplying scent blocker. Do you think that will hold my scent down alittle? My rubber boots got gasoline on them from being stored in my garage.

The leather breaths, so any foot oder you have will get out[down]
