I hunted every Night from Mon to fri And took a morning post today and went to work and took a night post.I even waited out the 2 rainstorms we had. All I saw In those 6 days were 4 non shooter bucks and like 10 does.. All the big ones I have been seeing prior to opening day have eluded me so far. Oh one day I was driving home and at thr neibors house on the front lawn was the big 8 and the 6 I've been chasin. That was tues. I'm gonna take a few days off and let the woods settle daon a bit.

luknikk!!! no wonder why you don't see them, you have to stop chasing them around[confused] Trying sittin on a tree for a while and you might have a better chance Just kidding of course.

put a treestand in a tree and cover it with a old blanket. This works great if you have to stands set-up. The deer will see it and it will be used to it so when your in the stand the deer wont be so skittish. Good Luck with them...

Sounds too much like work! I pace myself or else I'd be burnt out by the time the pre rut/rut starts and the serious hunting begins!

If you hunt now and stay with the DOE's come the pre-Rut, The Rut & post Rut the bucks will be there too.
