Great pics. Is their some type of dump, food manufacturer or something in that area? In those pics he is not that big of a bear structure size but he is fat as tick. Looks like a furry Walrus laying there. Definitely putting on the winter fat. Minimum of 450#

Anybody see this bear this year?

Heard the state trapped and killed it.

It was breaking into homes.

I could be wrong, but thats what I was told by someone who does wildlife control for the division.

Trust me....There are a lot more then 2 or 3 of those big boy's out there.... I'm sure there are quite a few of the 500-600+lbs bruins roaming the woods of North Jersey....

Yes there is! I have seen several 2 of wich were in Independence twp the rest in Knowlton, Blairstown and stillwater. Huge bears !!
