First you'll need to upload the pic to a host. Most people use:
Photobucket
It's free to join and simple to use. Once you've uploaded the pic to that site, copy the URL of the pic from the site and then in a post, hit the URL button, paste the URL, hit enter, type in a name for the pic, and hit enter again. It's easier than it sounds.
