my wifes brazilian recipe: large pot,fryed unions,garlic in olive oil,pheasant in,cook till golden,teriaki sauce(little bit), fry more,bottle of dark beer,black pepper,cook another 2 hours on low/medium heat.

Roasted-Stuffed with shallot, carrots, fresh thyme and orange quarters. Wrap in bacon.[tasty]

I usually bread and fry them and then a few minutes before they are done i slice them and then stuff them with ham and cheese to make a cordon bleu.

ill put them in the oven with some italian dressing butter and garlic and just bake them till they are delicious. Then make some white rice and gravy and nomnomnomnomnom

pheasant francaise
pheasant fingers in deep fryer
pheasant parmisan
oven roasted and then turned into pheasant salad
pounded thin, breaded, fried and then served on roll (pheasant cutlet sandwich)
