Don't you know not to say a cops wrong, Aren't they always right? He should check out a group started by an ex-NJ state police officer called "LEAP" Law Enforcement Against Prohibition" You wanna talk about laws that are based on a persons choice, NO victim NO crime!!!!!!! My dealer has never forced me into buying anything, can't say I havent been forced into a back seat though. And they're always rough, It must be the power they feel behind the badge.
Just to make a point, I was putting carpet in a cops house the other day and he mentioned that he was selling the house cause he didnt WANT to work and live in the same town! So I said WHY becuase you cant justify giving someone you might see every day a ticket for laws that are based on a persons CHOICE! ie: seatbelt laws!
He didn't respond and quietly found a reason to leave the house while we finished the rugs, Thank god cause his wife was smokin"
Didn't mean to go on and on with this , but I just hate when cops come off with they're "I'm right" and what ever you said was WRONG attitude.

A reason a cop would not want to live in the town they work in is you never know if might arrest someone they know. It could be a neighbor, child's friend's parent, or when their older their own child. There are also other factors also. But I won't get into it.

Yes there is.... I always cringe when I see these type of posts...
I guess my best advice to anyone who doesn't want a problem with law enforcement people is DON'T BREAK THE LAW!

MarksWorld: I would not want to be on the job in my town cause it's a conflict of interst, I know alot of people and wouldn't want to be the officer arresting them, or giving them a ticket. You also need to seperate your problems from work verus when you leave work, cause with that and your BIG MOUTH will get you in some deep shit

Mark, Not all cops are like you say..just like in all aspects in life there is good and bad everywhere. good bosses, [no swearing please] hat bosses.ect.. I personaly know cops who are really great guys.Those cops that are the [no swearing please] hats would be that way if thery were cops or not.
