On another post yousaid you'd be scouting every morning before work. Today is a great miserable morning to scout. In the snow. See where they scratch, walk, etc. Follow the trail ask your self what they are doing, why are the going in this direction, when they stop at a spot (lots of tracks in one area not a trail) why? Stop and look outside the box. Just some info, that I thought would help. If this is your first real turkey season let me know how you make out. Next year maybe we could get together and hunt some south jersey marsh monsters.

Till our trails cross,

WILD WORK

Thanks for the tips. It's still snowing up here! Maybe I will go for a walk tomorrow morning.

Two years ago I did some spring gobbler hunting in PA with my aunt karen. I loved it... it was fun. I smiled and laughed just about every time the gobbler responded to my calls. However, I was unsucessful and addicted once I saw what looked like a big black garbage bag stuff with leaves strutting around the woods.
